Root Xperia Z C6602, C6603 on 0.5.1.A.0.283 (4.4.4 KitKat) Firmware

Now flash .230 kernel . Before clicking on flash, exclude everything except kernel (Screenshot below)

  1. Once kernel is flashed, turn on the phone
  2. USB Debugging should be turned on already from the above given step
  3. Download One Click Root Tool(The latest version)
  4. Extract it anywhere on PC
  5. Now execute Run.bat
  6. It will open up a command prompt
  7. Connect phone using USB cable with USB Debugging turned on
  8. Now follow the onscreen instructions until the phone is rooted
  9. Once rooted, disconnect and turn off the phone
  10. Now again flash the kernel only using  this time
  11. That’s all! Enjoy
